I wanted to share this awesome HIIT/AB WORKOUT with you all!
WORKOUT:
- JUMPING JACK
- STANDING CROSS CRUNCH
- JUMP SQUAT
- SUMO CRUNCH
- JUMP SQUAT
- PLANK PIKE
You will do each workout for 30 seconds and repeat 5 times as a circuit!
I love doing plyo for cardio because it keeps your heart rate up while do an explosive movement which is amazing for building that bootyyyy!
Can’t Do Plyo?
Totally fine! Just pick another type of cardio to do in place of the plyo moves!
Here are some of my favorite cardio exercises…
- Spin Bike
- Stairs
- Sprints
- Row Machine
- Arc Master
When doing Cardio be sure to keep it intense! I enjoy intervals which is hardcore for 30 seconds then active recovery for 1 minute and repeat, this is great for burning stubborn fat and keeping cardio exciting.
