It is truly incredible how you can change your body by how you train it and by what you put in it.
This routine has changed my legs and booty, BIG TIME!
I finally have a smooth, round booty and barely any cellulite (depends on the lighting I am standing in hahaha)
I use to kill myself doing loads of cardio, barely eating and had a super small booty…
At the time, I didn’t really care. But once instagram came out and I saw all the ladies with the big beautiful booties, I knew I had to have one. haha So I started to put in work with the weights and same with the food. But since, I wasn’t eating the right foods, I ended up with some serious health issues. Shockinggggg, huh!?
This forced me to clean up my eating and truly focus on what was working for me and what wasn’t. I knew restricted diets weren’t my thing, I knew I couldn’t eat like crap or I’d eventually have a heart attack. I knew I didn’t want to be in the gym for hours. I just wanted to figure out what exercises, cardio training and foods worked for me. Can you relate?
I finally found a healthy balance between it all and had amazing results. It took sometime but now I have been able to live happy and healthy ever since. Which has changed my life in such an incredible way. I felt happier, more confident and motivated about life. That glow I had changed how people treated me and looked at me.
