You guys were probably hoping I was talking about Bad Nachos.. Huh? haha

Well, I have a healthy alternative that is absolutely delicious.

Bell Pepper Nachos…

These are super simple, helps burn fat and fights off cravings for the bad nachos. I had a ton of people request the recipe after posting a picture on my IG story! So here is the ingredients with the food benefits.


  • 2 Bell Pepper (any color)
  • 1 can Black Bean
  • 1lb Ground Turkey
  • 2tbs Onion
  • 1tbs Cheese
  • 1/2 Avocado




  • Bell Pepper: Bell Peppers are great for weight loss because they help with digestive health, packed with antioxidants and also anti-inflammtory.
  • Black Beans: Black Beans are also another great food for weight loss, they are packed with fiber which keeps us feeling fuller longer so we are less likely to snack and over eat.
  • Ground Turkey: Protein is an essential nutrient for maintaining your lean muscle mass, increases your metabolic rate (harder to break down= body has to work more) and great for a strong immune system and for allowing vital processes to occur in your body. 
  • Onion: Destroys free radicals, high in vitamin C, which is needed for the building and maintenance of collagen, which provides structure to skin and hair.
  • Cheese: Good for the soul haha
  • Avocado: helps with hypertension, high blood sugar, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity and excess body fat around the waist.
