LEG DAY WORKOUT:
- Deadlift to Front Squat
- Hamstring Curl on Ball
- Deadlift
- Bridge on Stool
- Step up with Reverse Lunge
- Deadlift
Losing Weight/ Toning: 20×4
Maintaining/ Toning: 14×4
Gaining Mass: 10×5
