How to make time for your goals!

I wanted to talk about some popular excuses and overcoming them so you can get the body and confidence you deserve in life.

What is the number one excuse when it comes to working out?

I don’t have time!  Have you ever found yourself saying that?
Well, time for some tough love. We all have the same 24 hours in a day, we are all busy, we all rather do something else other than getting our ass kicked in the gym. But when someone truly wants results, they make time. You schedule your workout and stay dedicated to it.
I know people working 14 hours (I am one of them, sometimes 17 hour days) but they won’t miss a day in the gym because they know that doing their workout will make them feel better and led to success with their fitness goals. Even if it is a 10 minute workout, it is better than nothing.
Plus, if you are trying to get in the habit of working out then that is a great way too start. Just 10 minutes a day at least 5 days a week.
It’s tough to make a schedule, it’s tough to wake up earlier but what’s even tougher than those things is waking up and hating how you feel about yourself, how you look and not having the energy you need to live the best life.
How I was able to drop the “no time” excuse… I woke up earlier, got my workout in FIRST thing in the morning (at home even if it’s 10 minutes) also, any time I found myself sitting down to scroll online or watch TV, I would start doing squats or go for a walk to get in the habit of being active.

SECOND EXCUSE: I DON’T HAVE TIME TO MEAL PREP…

Have you ever felt that way?

First off, f meal prep. lmao
I’m not someone who wants to eat leftover, plain, dry ass food. SORRYNOTSORRY!
I always recommend trying to find crockpot meals, stocking your fridge with hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit and veggies so when you want a snack and open the fridge, BOOM healthy, yummy food right in front of you.
Crockpot dinners are one of my favorite things, it is great for busy people who work all day and don’t want to cook when they get home. Finding recipes is key to keeping your food exciting and you’re in luck because I have a few recipe ebooks, one for meals HEREand one for desserts HERE.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST… “I CAN’T DIET”

Have you ever tried to diet long term?
It doesn’t work. Right?
Stick to something for a few days and then fall off. Is that how it goes for you?
 That’s how I was.
For 6 years… I was constantly starting over.
I would be super restrictive for a few days then I would fall off, only leading to more weight coming on than coming off. It was beyond frustrating and after 6 year of struggling, I figured I had to settle for the body I had (40lbs heavier than I am now)
I realized, dieting wasn’t my thing and I need to try cutting out processed sugars and carbs slowly to actually change my lifestyle. So I got busy with that and started to tune in and figure out what foods were working best with my body.
That’s when I started feeling like a million bucks and seeing amazing results. I had no idea at the time but this was helping my gut and hormone health which are 2 major factors in losing weight especially for us ladies.
I switched my clients over to this style and watched them thrive. They didn’t have to diet anymore. They were able to go out to eat with ease and confidence knowing what exactly worked for them. They were able to drop the weight and keep it off just as I have. Wouldn’t you like to do that?
Do you ever think about what life would be like when you accomplished your dream body? If you put the excuses to the side and put yourself first? You are capable, you are worthy and it is your time to accomplish your dream body. If you need any help figuring out what the best way is for you, lets jump on a call.
