The 10 minute fat blasting workout

Are you finding it hard to get time to workout?

With People being so busy nowadays, it’s tough to get a good workout in at the gym. So I wanted to hook you up with a 10 Minute Fat Blasting workout. This will get in the habit of moving your body and The habit of moving is the most important part of this journey. Commit to this daily no matter what amount of time crunch you are on. Even if it’s only 2 minutes of movement, at least you did it.

The 10 Minute Fat Blasting workout…Demo video is below.

  • Shoulder raise to squat
  • Lateral lunge to press
  • Deadlift to W row
  • Dumbbell swing
  • Burpee to press

Do as many reps as you can. At the very least do 12 and max do 20. Repeat 4 times if you have time.

The best time to workout is first thing in the morning so I do recommend doing that. Plus, that way it is just done and out of the way. If you can’t make that happen, it is okay but you need to schedule your workout. Write it in a planner, the date, the time and what type of workout you plan to do. Writing your goals down and being detailed, you have more of a chance to actually accomplish them so get it done!
