The MUST HAVE Fat burner

I’m sure you were excepting a pill when you opened this, huh? 

Well, you know me … I want you to have lasting results not rely on a pill to get you the results you desire. I am going to give you some true ways to burn fat and keep it off. 

I believe the health and fitness industry has made us way too dependent on supplements instead of going back to the basics.

 Don’t get me wrong, I still use a few supplements but I don’t use a ton of them and I do believe everyone is so stuck on needing the best supplement to burn fat. 

The health and fitness industry will have you believe that there is this magic pill that will somehow do all the work when we both know that it won’t.

Let’s start with a few of the basics. What you put in your mouth and how you move your body. 

Do you still feel lost when it comes to what to eat? 

Well here’s the simple and easy start point.

Cut out a majority if not all processed shit. That means anything that comes in a box. 

Up the whole foods. 

Increase the amount of protein you eat. 

Consume more fiber. 

Add herbs and spices to your food.

Drink at least a gallon of water.

Doing that alone will flatten out your tummy and get your energy up. 

When that happens, you’ll feel better and be more motivated to get moving.

Now what about Cardio? Not sure how much cardio you need?

When it comes to moving your body, I always say do what feels best to you in the time being. 

If you want to walk, do it. If you want to lift weights, do it. Whatever feels good, just go with it and start getting in the habit of choosing movement over laziness.

But where you will find the best results is when you mix cardio or plyo with strength training. I always say find a good balance in your workout time so even if you only have 20 minutes, you can do half and half. 

Too many people believe weights will make them gain weight or that they need to burn fat before building muscle and that is FAKE NEWS.

 Focus on both for the best benefit.
