Well, you know me… I am no bullshit and want to give you some true ways to burn fat and keep it off.
I believe the health and fitness industry has made us way too dependent on supplements instead of going back to the basics. Don’t get me wrong, I still use a few supplements but I don’t use a ton of them and I do believe everyone is so stuck on needing the best supplement to burn fat. They believe this magic pill will do the majority of the work when it won’t.
We know we have to clean up the food and get our bodies moving so why is it so hard?
Do you still feel lost when it comes to what to eat?
Well let’s start simple.
Cut out processed shit. Up the whole foods, protein, fiber, add herbs, spices and water.
Doing that alone will flatten out your tummy and get your energy up. When that happens, you will feel better and be more motivated to get moving.
Not sure how much cardio you need?
Now, when it comes to getting moving. I always say do what feels best to you in the time being so if you want to walk, do it. If you want to lift weights, do it. Whatever feels good, just go and start getting in the habit of choosing movement over laziness.
But where you will find the best results is when you mix cardio or plyo and strength training. I say to find a good balance in your workout time so even if you only have 20 minutes, I would say do half and half. Too many people believe weights will make them gain weight or that they need to burn fat before building muscle and that is FAKE NEWS. Focus on both for the best benefit.
