TIPS AND TRICKS
When building your dream body, it is important to work all muscle groups. If you focus on just your booty, it can cause an imbalance and led to injury. So make a workout schedule that includes each body part at least once a week!
Don’t be afraid of lifting weights. You won’t get bulky, man legs. You need weights to shape your body. Figuring out how much you lift is up to you. You need to find a challenging weight but still keep good form.
And most important part of results is the recovery…
You don’t want to go on a crazy diet and cut out certain food groups. The most popular is cutting out carbs. I feel this is only necessary when you have a short time to achieve your goals. Long term, I don’t feel it’s healthy for the body. Eating proper carbs, fats and proteins are key in results.
