The Booty Blog…

We will be diving into tips on cellulite, toning the booty and how to eat for a better booty (and body)

If you are struggling with cellulite on the booty or thighs, it is totally normal but I understand how it can make you feel insecure. That’s what it did to me. What help me get rid of it was obviously working out and eating cleaner but I also took it a step further. I would massage my problem areas with grapefruit oil or cinnamon oil mixed with coconut oil. In the shower, I would massage a coffee scrub under warm water to help break up the fatty deposits. I did this DAILY!

When it comes to training the booty, I do recommend doing isolation and compound movements.

Example below:

  • Hamstring Curls
  • Fire Hydrant
  • Ice Skaters
  • Jefferson Squat
  • Deadlift

Doing isolation movements is good but mixing it with the compound movements makes for one great booty! Because with compounds you can lift a little heavier, breaking down the muscle even more and forcing it to repair. That’s where that beautiful lean muscle mass comes in.

Repairing it properly really comes down to what you fuel your body with. So after a great leg day, I do recommend having a balanced meal so YES… eat those carbs girlfriend!!! haha One of my favorite go to meals after leg day is a taco bowl, I do ground turkey, rice, black bean, bell peppers and onion topped with cheese and avocado. It is delicious and a perfectly balanced so I get all that I need to repair and build lean muscle mass.
