Booty Talk

I’ve had a small booty, big booty, cellulite booty and pancake booty…

It is truly incredible how you can change your body by how you train it and by what you put in it.

This routine has changed my legs and booty, BIG TIME!

I finally have a smooth, round booty and barely any cellulite (depends on the lighting I am standing in hahaha)

I use to kill myself doing loads of cardio, barely eating and had a super small booty…

At the time, I didn’t really care. But once instagram came out and I saw all the ladies with the big beautiful booties, I knew I had to have one. haha So I started to put in work with the weights and same with the food. But since, I wasn’t eating the right foods, I ended up with some serious health issues. Shockinggggg, huh!?

This forced me to clean up my eating and truly focus on what was working for me and what wasn’t. I knew restricted diets weren’t my thing, I knew I couldn’t eat like crap or I’d eventually have a heart attack. I knew I didn’t want to be in the gym for hours. I just wanted to figure out what exercises, cardio training and foods worked for me. Can you relate?

I finally found a healthy balance between it all and had amazing results. It took sometime but now I have been able to live happy and healthy ever since. Which has changed my life in such an incredible way. I felt happier, more confident and motivated about life. That glow I had changed how people treated me and looked at me. I got more attention, helped more people and changed more lives. The point of this story is stop focusing on what everyone else is doing and focus on what is working for you.
