get rid of water weight

Water weight is the worst, right?!

I know for me personally, I feel like a jiggly marshmallow when I am carrying around water weight. Can you relate?

It’s one of the most annoying feelings in the world so I want it gone asap and if you feel the same way then this blog is for you.

Here is what I do to pull water weight quickly.

Lymphatic system care, this is where fat moves around but there are no muscle to push this system. It takes movement to make that happen whether it’s through foam rolling, dry brushing, massage, full body workouts or jumping. I like to do full body workouts as well as a lymphatic drainage massage which I will show in the video below. It’s easy and quick so check it out and try it for yourself. Be sure to flush your system with water to keep the lymph fluid going.

Then I will avoid certain foods such as processed foods, sugars and alcohol. I will up my meat intake. As most of you know, I do carnivore diet 3 days before a shoot to get extra lean. Meat doesn’t cause you to hold water unless it’s drenched in salt so avoid too much salt when wanting to drop water weight. If I don’t feel like doing carnivore diet then I stick to meats and vegetables and some great vegetables to pull water are things like… cucumber, celery, asparagus, spinach and iceberg lettuce. I always recommend cleaning up your eating for 2-3 days while trying to really drop water.

For supplements, I do turmeric, apple cider vinegar, max detox and max burn as these all help bring down inflammtion in the body and help pull water weight all thanks to the natural herbs they are made with. I do all 4 in the morning then at night I do apple cider vinegar, turmeric, max detox and probiotic to get rid of any bloating that would occur after a cheat day. You can order these supplements here.
