Fat Burning Drinks

With the weather warming up, it is always nice to have something cool and refreshing to sip on.

For me… that is usually some wine. haha but sometimes it’s too early for wine. Today was one of the “too early” for wine days so I had to get creative and thought of this little “mock” tail. It’s refreshing and actually boost your metabolism so you can burn some fluff while you relax by the pool.

  • 1c Coconut Water
  • 1c Frozen Berries
  • Shot of Goji Berry Juice
  • Grapefruit Oil
  • Lemon Oil

This was so refreshing and tasty. Completely Guilt Free! Now if a “mock” tail isn’t your thing.. don’t worry… I have a fat burning smoothie recipe, ice tea and an actual cocktail that’ll help keep you on track this summer!

One of my favorite Fat Burning Smoothies…

  • 1c Spinach
  • 1/2c Berries
  • 1tbs Ginger
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Lemon Oil
  • Grapefruit Oil

blend and enjoy!

Iced Green Tea

  • Lemon Oil
  • Lime Oil
  • 1c Green Tea (cold)
  • 1/4c Ice Water
  • Chopped Mint

 

Mix together, Chill and ENJOY!

Last but not least…

So I learned this little drink hack the other weekend and loved it! I’m not sure if it really helps burn fat but it does help with drinking semi guilt free! hahaha

My friend made me this: 1 shot vodka, 1/2c coconut water, 1/4c grapefruit juice

I was hydrated from the coconut water, the grapefruit is great for burning fat and also a great antioxidant so I woke up with no hangover and was able to get my workout in!
