It’s beyond frustrating when you can’t figure out why your progress isn’t where it should be. There’s a lot of things that we think are healthy and they are just holding us back. These are foods I use to snack on thinking I was being healthy.
Drop These 3 Foods Now!
- Dried Fruit- Keep it fresh fruits or find a brand that doesn’t add the crap to it!
- Flavored Nuts- These roasted nuts usually are coated with sugar and salt. Turning something healthy into something not so great. Best thing to do is buy raw nuts and roast them yourself.
- Protein Bars- Most protein bars are highly processed. If it contains more than 8 grams of sugar, just walk away and get yourself a vpx bar!
