I get a ton of questions about what I eat so I decided to do a blog on it.
I hope this gives you an idea of what to eat and how you can easily switch it up.
I think a lot of times we over think meals, food and that whole aspect of health and fitness.
The most important part of your meals is really making sure you actually feel good with the foods you are eating. If you feel like crap, bloated and no energy then you are probably eating something that isn’t right for you!
