Sneak more Greens in Your Diet

As most of you know, I rather eat donuts over kale any day…

Can anyone relate? haha 

If so, I am going to tell you about some amazing recipes that help me get my greens in!

A lot people think it’s easy for me since I was raised with a healthy lifestyle but to be honest… I have never liked vegetables. AT ALL until I got older and realized I need them to be healthy.

Since, I still struggle with most greens, I just end up blending them with my protein shakes, which sounds gross at first but you can’t taste them at all.

Ok let’s dive into these delish recipes!

 

Turmeric Smoothie 

  • Coconut Water
  • 1/2c Frozen squash, peaches, mangos and pineapple 
  • 1c Greens
  • Turmeric
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • BLEND, ENJOY AND BE HEALTHY!

 

 

 

Matcha Smoothie

  • Some Ice Cubes
  • Cashew or Almond Milk
  • Collagen
  • Matcha Tea
  • Protein Powder
  • BLEND, ENJOY AND BE BEAUTIFUL!

Chocolate Berry Madness

  • 1/2c Frozen Berries
  • Chocolate Almond Milk
  • Detox
  • Protein
  • Handful of Greens
  • 1tbs peanut butter (2 if you love peanut butter like me)
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • BLEND, ENJOY AND BE HEALTHY!
