Ladies, We all go through that time of the month when we hold onto some extra water weight.

Get movin’, groovin’ and sweatin! Whether it’s through cardio, weight training or hot sauna. The choice is yours but best way to get water out of the body is to force it out.
My favorite get sweaty workout would definitely be spin class!
I also use my own little topical…
I do coconut oil with a few drops of cypress and lemon oil. You can also use peppermint, basil, clove, orange and grapefruit. I will switch it up from time to time and try different oils but this one has seemed to work great for me. I’ll put it where I feel a little fluffy right before I go workout!
