Dealing with bloating, GI issues, skin issues, mind fog, sluggishness or just ready to detox and feel great?

Then this is for you!

I know gut detox doesn’t sound sexy but once you do it, you feel and look sexier!

You won’t have that annoying bloat, your skin will clear up, be able to focus better and have better energy!

A lot of  things  throw off our gut.

Things like stomach bug, antibiotics, antacid, too many probiotics, too much sugar and processed foods can cause our gut to go wild.

I’m sure you are shocked to read too many probiotics on there but the issue with probiotics is, if you start taking them with an a lot of bad bacteria in your gut, it will cause bloating because it will not only populate the good bacteria but also the bad. That is why a gut detox should be the first step to your journey. When taken properly, probiotics will help with bloating, cravings and mental clarity. You can order yours here.

Now, you’re probably wondering, how do I detox my gut?

I will walk you through it. I do have to be honest though, it’ll be a strict 3 days but you totally got this! It’ll help you in the long run. I do have to mention, always talk to your doctor before doing something this extreme to make sure it is safe for you.

We are cutting out all antacid, antibiotics, probiotics, alcohol, processed sugars and processed carbs over the next 3 days.

Each day we are doing a full 24 hour fast. This style of fasting can also be known as OMAD. Let’s say you stop eating at 3pm then your next meal would be at 3pm the following day. It is that simple.

What you eat matters though. You want to make sure you fill yourself with Whole Foods. I will be sticking to mostly vegetables with a little bit of meat this reset but there are times when I will stick with only meat or fats. You have to do what feels best for you.

You can do…

  • plant base
  • animal base
  • balance
  • bone broth
  • juice

If OMAD (one meal a day) is too extreme for you then pick 3 meals and start with intermittent fasting. Eating windows 10am to 7pm. No snacking and only eat during your eating windows. This is a great way to train your body for longer fast. I understand medically some people just can’t do long fast so this is where, I would say to start. That way you have more control over your blood sugar levels and that will help your body detox and heal.

Stick to the clean eating for at least 2 more days after your detox.  Then you can slowly start having your processed sugars, carbs and alcohol. I do recommend keeping it limited to 2-3 days a week to develop a healthier lifestyle for the long term. This is how I live my life. Most of my habits outweigh the bad ones so I am able to keep my gut health, dream body and still eat my donuts, ice cream and tacos every week.

It really all comes down to gut health in the end.

If our gut health is out of wack, everything else will be too. I can always tell now when my gut health is a bit off. I get way more cravings, retain more water and bloat super easily.

Now you may be wondering, can I still workout while detoxing and the answer is YES! You have to listen to your body and do what feels right to you.

Workout choices…

  • Strength and cardio training
  • Walking/hiking
  • Yoga or pilates

To help curb your appetite, I do recommend apple vinegar and lemon in your water.

I recommend max burn and max detox in the morning.

At night, apple cider vinegar, turmeric, dandelion root and probiotics with a Castro oil pack.

With the probiotic, do not take until day 3 of your detox to make sure we are getting all the bad bacteria out of there first.
