Feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to start on your health and fitness journey?

You’re not alone.

Many people struggle to prioritize their well-being, especially during busy times like the holidays. But don’t worry, I’m here to simplify things for you.

Over the next 30 days, let’s focus on two achievable goals:
1. Commit to working out 12 times this month.
2. Make healthier choices by swapping out 12 unhealthy habits.

That’s less than two weeks of effort, and you’ll feel more joyful, confident, and energized – all while shedding stubborn fat.

Now, let’s dive deeper into the specifics.

When planning your workouts, aim for 3 full-body sessions each week.

Rather than constantly changing exercises, focus on mastering the basics like squats, deadlifts, rows, planks, push-ups, and presses. If you get bored easily, feel free to switch up variations like sumo squats or single-leg deadlifts.

Remember, proper form is crucial for avoiding injuries and joint pain, so prioritize that over lifting heavy weights.

And now, let’s talk about everyone’s favorite topic – FOOD!

During the holiday season, it’s tempting to indulge.

That’s why I suggest choosing 12 days out of the month to be more mindful with your eating. To make it even easier, consider practicing a little intermittent fasting on those days, where you only eat between 9am and 5pm and focus on 3 well-balanced meals.

It’s simple and effective.

When it comes to food choices, feel free to treat yourself on the other four days of the week. But instead of a sugary oat milk latte, opt for a coconut-based creamer with your coffee. And rather than grabbing an overly processed muffin, go for some delicious egg muffins. These simple changes will form better habits and lead to long-term results without causing excessive soreness or discomfort.

80% of women struggle to lose weight, not because they aren’t trying, but because they’re often using overly challenging methods.

Let’s make weight loss easier and effortless in 2024.
