6 Minute Fat Blaster

With People being so busy now days, it’s tough to get a good workout in at the gym. So I decided to do a 6 Minute Fat Blaster Routine that people can do anywhere at any time! This will help you get in the routine of moving your body, which will lead to more confidence and better choices in foods and  beverages.

The 6 Minute Fat Blaster Routine…

  • High Knees- 50 seconds
  • Butt Kicks- 50 Seconds
  • Jump Squat- 50 seconds
  • Jumping Jacks- 50 seconds
  • Alternating Lateral Lunge- 50 seconds
  • Push Ups- On and Off for 1 minute

Go through each exercise for 50 seconds with a 10 second break. If you get extra time then go through the routine a few more times! For the best results, I would recommend doing every single morning, when you first wake up. This is something you can do in the kitchen while breakfast is cooking, there is no excuse to not add this is your daily routine. Even if it is at work, at night, whatever.. Just DO IT!  When I wake up I go straight to the gym but after that, I am behind my desk at home all day, making plans for clients, writing blogs and filming vlogs so every hour now I do this little routine. It helps keep me stay focused, energized, burn some fluff and feel good about myself!
