Following these tips and exercises, got me a better booty for sure!

I get questions about carbs and protein a lot and I have come to find out that a lot of women are scared to eat carbs and protein, in fear of gaining fat. If you fuel your body with the right carbs and protein, you will benefit a lot from it. Refueling is key to improving your body and booty.

Other than just food for recovery, it is also good to let your muscles rest for at least 48 hours before training again. During that time period, be sure to recover with stretching, foam rolling, sleep and getting your water in!

During your workout, be sure to keep good form and make sure you are lifting a challenging weight for yourself. Doing a mix of isolation and compound workouts on booty/leg day have been my best way to grow my booty. Yes, my legs have put on more muscle but it’s impossible to grow your booty without adding a bit of muscle to your legs. So don’t be scared about that.
