Quick, Easy and Effective Booty Workout

I know how busy your everyday life is and at the end of a long day, you much rather binge-watch a Netflix series rather than go to the gym so I made a quick, easy and effective workout that you can do in the comfort of your own living room!

All you need is a band. The band I use and love is called a slingshot and I order it on Amazon.

Adding this band allows for more resistance which will build your booty more so now we are going from a pancake booty to a pumpkin booty. (haha This is my struggle after pregnancy!) During this circuit, you will notice I do bodyweight, banded and plyo exercises, the reason why is so we can get our cardio and resistance training done in one!

Let’s get this workout done! Aim for 15 reps for ALL exercises and repeat 3 times with minimum break.
