Gluten-Free, I can’t even begin on how I use to think gluten-free stuff was such BS! I thought it was just another way for companies to use this whole “weightloss” trick to make money. Most people don’t even know what gluten is but just because they watched a show they decide, they shouldn’t have it either. Well, I would say even though you don’t know what it is, you made a smart choice. I have recently found more studies on how people have developed gluten intolerance out of no where! So when you do cut it out, you do actually lose weight. My friends, clients and myself have seen great changes without it.
Have you been feeling any of these after eating?
- Sluggish
- Bloated
- Gassy
- Water Retention
- Cramping
This could mean you’re intolerant to something you are eating and best way to find out is to keep a food journal and write how you feel after eating, when you feel like crap after then I would highly recommend trying to cut those out to see how you feel for the following weeks. If you still feel that way I would recommend seeing a doctor.
I had been struggling since July with bloating, water retention, gas, feeling beyond sluggish and cramping. I couldn’t figure out what was wrong and never even thought twice about an intolerance since I’ve aways had a stomach of steel! But after 3 doctor visits and ton of labs, nothing was wrong with me. So I ended up talking to a few of my close friends and they recommended I take out gluten and dairy for a bit to see how I feel. So I did! After, one week I feel way better.
Why are we seeing so many people develop these issues?!
Damaged gut flora.
Thanks to all the sugar, alcohol, antibiotics, toxins and GMOs, all contribute to an imbalance intestinal flora which can lead to gluten-intolerance.
I’m thankful I am going through this though because I do feel I can help more people be aware of what food choices they are making. I hope this information helps you on your journey!
