CALLING YOU OUT!!!

haha yes, I am calling you out babyyyy! Only because I love you and want to see you win.

Do you ever use the excuse, “I don’t have time to workout?”

I hear this all the time and when I do, I always ask….

Do you have 5  minutes to give yourself daily?

If your answer is yes then I can change your life for the better.

Take that 5 minutes, first thing in the morning so the time doesn’t get lost in the day and do these easy steps to become happier, more confident and healthier.

  1. Gratitude and breathing. Take 3 deep breaths right when you open your eyes then say 3 things you are grateful for.
  2. “I am” affirmation. Repeat affirmation 3 times to empower you every morning. Example “I am powerful”
  3. Move for at least 2 minutes.

Getting these habits done and out of the way first thing in the morning will help you handle stress better, see life in a more positive life, feel more confident and get in the habit of moving right when you wake up.

I also recommend doing this when you feel stressed, sad or wanting to turn to food for comfort. It is a great way to change habits and get your life moving in a direction that will truly support your goals.

It seems so simple and silly but it is truly life changing.

This is how I get my clients who have 100+ pounds to lose on track to drop the weight and keep it off for good.

We get so wrapped up in every day life, we let little things stress us and distract us only to feel drained by the end of the day. Too drained to accomplish our goals, to give ourselves time and that’s just not fair.

We need to make sure take 5 and invest it in us because we deserve it.

Oh and here is a bonus workout that will only take 2 minutes!
