5 questionable workouts that are actually GREAT

With more and more Instagram “trainers” fighting for attention nowadays, I see some ridiculous ass exercises that get posted and then I watch these women who are fighting to drop weight bust their ass in the gym and not see results so today, I wanted to take some time and show some of my favorite questionable workouts THAT ACTUALLY WORK!

  • Jefferson Squats
  • Dumbbell Swings
  • Y Press
  • Bent Over Curl
  • Tricep Push ups



If you ever feel lost on which exercises to do to lose weight and tone, go back to the basics. They have worked for years and will always work. You can switch them up by adding more weight, reps, sets, plyo or even the sequence you do them. It never hurts to add them back into your routine. I do more of the basic exercises more than any other type.

My favorite basics:

  • Squat
  • Deadlift
  • Bent Over Row
  • Shoulder Press
  • Push Up
