Do you always beat yourself up because it feels like you can’t stick to a restrictive diet plan or train hard all month long?
It’s time to stop that! The reason is your hormonal cycle (yes, even if you don’t have a period) your hormones surge at different times of the month so instead of working against them, it is time to work with them.
I’m breaking it down with a 30 day cycle and into only 2 phases although there are technically 4, I just want this to be as simple as possible so you don’t over think the process and get feeling and looking better now!
Phase 1 would be day 1-18: you are better at burning fat so this is a great time to focus on burning that stubborn fat. You can focus on doing longer fast, Keto style eating, more HIIT training and as far as supplements, you can maximize the use of a fat burner and detox.
Phase 2 would be day 19-30: you are better at burning sugar aka carbs 💁🏻♀️ usually when PMS symptoms start so focus on more balanced eating during this phase, listen to your body during this time and go with a more steady or slow pace training style. I don’t recommend longer fast during this time, if you love IF then you can continue to do it but don’t beat yourself up if you find that you are more hungry during this time of the month! Supplements, I would recommend apple cider vinegar, turmeric and a probiotic.
