Why is it when we “diet” we think we can’t go out to eat?

Well truth be told… WE CAN! haha and you don’t have to feel guilty about it!

I remember starting my fitness journey…

I’d bring my home cooked meals to places because I was so brainwashed. 

This left me feeling like I was missing out on life, felt like a weirdo bringing my nasty ass slimy ground turkey and spinach into a place, couldn’t enjoy drinks, couldn’t order dessert… nothing.

I hated it…

This led to great results short term and long term mental battle… ending with Yo-Yo Dieting and Binge eating. Going from 108lbs to 138lbs constantly. When I finally had enough, I decided to just give up. Keeping my dream body was just too hard.

But then I started thinking about the days when I was fit and HAPPY!

I wasn’t obsessing over food as much. I was enjoying life and I realized that’s where I wanted to be again.

So how did I get there?

  • Mindset
  • Pick my dream body
  • Set small goals to achieve it
  • Hired a coach to keep me accountable
  • Worked hard, Played harder

And boom, I had balance. I had my dream body, I had my mental and physical health!!! If I can do it, I know you can too. So below, I shared some examples on eating out!
