My foundation program allows me to lay out the FOUNDATION you need in order to have success on your health and fitness journey.
I create a custom meal guide based on the foods you LOVE. A lot of times, we just get on a crazy diet and that only sets us up for failure so I make sure you are happy with the meals you are eating as well as progressing properly. That makes it easier to stick with so quicker results.
I create a custom workout guide based on your goals. This is beyond important! So many people jump around to different exercises with no real strategy behind it. That can leave you with a disappointing result… of still not reaching your goal.
I also do weekly check-ins. This way I can be sure you are progressing properly, staying motivated and holding you accountable so you can actually accomplish your dream body.
