The other day, I wrote about stubborn belly fat and what you need to be eating and staying away from so today I wanted to dive deeper and give you some great workouts to stack with that great advice.
So many people go in the gym completely clueless on what to do. They will find something on instagram and copy that workout but is it really working what you want? Debatable!
Here are some amazing workouts to burn that stubborn fat as well as isolate your abs because once that fat is gone, we want to make sure we can get our core exactly how we want. Right?
Let’s burn that fat with
- dumbbell swings
- mountain climbers
I would recommend doing this right after doing 20 minutes interval cardio such as sprints, stairs, spin bike or arc master whichever you have access to and is best for your body. If you have bad knees, sprints won’t be the best cardio for you so I would say arc master or elliptical.
Now to really isolate and make those abs pop…
- side crunches
Doing this routine 2/3 days a week is totally fine. The way I would recommend doing it is, 20 minutes interval cardio, get your burpees, dumbbell swings and mountain climbers done then do the isolated movements.
