I was dropping carbs, doing high protein, tons of cardio but would fall off after a few days. Then I would binge eat ice cream and cake only to gain more weight so it was a vicious unhealthy cycle I was stuck in FOR YEARS!

I finally had a breakthrough in the middle of a meltdown…
The scale hit the highest number I have ever seen and I remember feeling so defeated, feeling like a failure, wanting to hide… I sat down on my bathroom floor and literally sobbed my eyes out! I was so sick of turning down dates with hot guys and beautiful friends because I didn’t feel confident enough to put on a cute outfit and go join them for a fun night out.
I couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong… I had been fit before so why is it so hard now?
Then I realized… Holy crap! When I was fit, I wasn’t dieting or killing myself on cardio all the time. I had an incredible balance of what foods worked for me and did workouts I loved, which included weights and cardio.
Once I had that breakthrough, it was a game-changer.
I went back to figuring out what foods work for me, what training style works best for my muscle type and boom… dropped 40lbs and lived life in my dream body! Even after pregnancy. I am now in the best shape I have ever been. I can’t lie though… I was so scared that I wouldn’t be able to get my body back because I gained 42lbs…I knew I was in for a huge life change.
How was I going to make time for everything? How was I going to balance out my hormones? and then I found out most women suffer with hypothyroid after giving birth so I got freaked out over that because that causes weight gain.
But I was determined. So a month after I gave birth, I was down to my normal weight but this time I took it a step further, I wanted to show moms you can be in the best shape of your life even after you have a baby! So now, I am 54lbs lighter than I was when I was pregnant.
I went from 164lbs to 110lbs! Even in the crazy mom life, running a business, catering to clients, running a household, taking care of my pups, investing, doing interviews, creating content and being a great mother I still found the time. Some days it was only 30 minutes of a workout, others it was 90 minutes… It was always different but I made time because feeling happy, healthy and confident is important to me.
