Q: Who is one-on-one nutrition coaching for?
A: I am trained to work with and teach clients from the fit, frail, overweight and health challenged all to achieve their fat loss goals. As your coach, I will create a customized plan that fits around your schedule, is easy for you to follow and will help you reach your goals. Whatever your goals may be, I will create a system that will get you results. This program works for women of all ages with all goals, provided you’re determined, committed, and willing to follow your plan and trust the process.
Q: Can I do my custom plan from home?
A: Yes, many of my clients prefer to train from home rather than the gym. I highly recommend bands and dumbbells for at home workout plans.
Q: Can I follow my workout plan at the gym?
A: Yes, if you prefer training at the gym I will design your plan accordingly. If have any limitations or preferred machines just let me know when filing your new client questionnaire.

A: Yes! That's what I'm here for! Any questions! Any time!
Q: How long do I need to train for on your plans? How many days?
A: It's up to you! I want this to fit your schedule!
Q: Can I have cheat meals?
A: Yes depending on goals, I allows 1-2 cheat meals a week! By utilizing the benefits of a “Flexible Dieting” approach to nutrition you will no longer be a slave to the same old bland food choices. NO FOOD IS OFF LIMITS with this program.
Q: How is this custom?
A: That's a great question! Once you complete your purchase you fill out a super detailed questionnaire. I use your responses to create custom solution tailored to your specific needs and goals!
Q: Can I cancel my plan anytime?
A: Yes you can. Simply email me and I'll take care of it. Please note, if I have already provided your updated plan at the beginning of the month your plan will cancelled at the end of that 30 day period.
Q: How often will my nutrition plan be updated?
A: The best situation is where a client is compliant to her plan and following everything 100%. If this is the case, you can expect nutrition to be adjusted weekly or bi-weekly based on progress of measurements, photos, biofeedback.
