Today, I want to take you through my meals for the day!
My meals change daily. I don’t count anything. I know what foods are good for me and listen to what my body needs. I use to over think the whole “diet” thing and kept failing so I learned through trial and error about what is most beneficial for my body!
So to Start the day…
I drink a glass of water with lemon in it. Sometimes, I do a cup of coffee with a little bit of creamer in it. Then I go hit the gym! Yes, I do Fasted Workouts because I feel more energetic during my training sessions!
